During clinic hours I see the perfect couple: a father, a mother, a baby and.....a very faithful white dog.
I told them not to forget the dog when they go home again. No they wouldn't.....but they did.
So after clinic I called them on the phone. It's a miracle the number written down on the file is the right number.....
You forgot your dog I said....come and get him. I will pay for the transportation. The dog thinks you are still in the building and she will wait for you till you come and get her. We had the same situation before with another dog.
They never showed up...so we take care of her now.
