It is very common in Haiti to not cut the hair of a boy until they are 3 years old ànd are able to talk.
When you cut it too early they will not speak well......I wanted to show people that it's not necessarily an obligation to do so but still have respect for Haitian culture. So I cut Daniel's hair when he was 8 months old. And he TALKS like a preacher!
Bij jongetjes tot 3 jaar wordt in principe niet het haar geknipt. Pas als ze goed praten mag de schaar erin.
Ik respecteer de Haitiaanse cultuur maar heb als voorbeeld bij Daniel zijn haren geknipt toen hij 8 maanden was. En hij praat als Brugman!!
