I am traveling with Lisa (20) and José (3) to the Netherlands to see my parents. I haven't been outside of Haiti for 8 years.
Because of all the kidnappings in the country I was worried but we got to Port au Prince safe flying with MAF.
It hurts to leave the other kids especially Daniel. I explained him that he came from my heart and José came from her mom's belly. That's why she has a passport and he doesn't.
My eldest daughters and 2 Haitian woman are taking care of the kids who stayed behind. Next month I will be back again.
